They said the refrigerator motor was broken and needed to be replaced with a new one. They charged a 26,000₺ service fee, then dropped it to 20,000. I gave them my Electrolux vacuum cleaner because the rechargeable battery was dead and needed replacing.
They spent four whole weeks working on it, then called me saying they'd fixed it and told me to come pick it up.
I went and picked it up, tried it at home, and NO, THEY HADN'T DONE ANYTHING.
I gave it back, and when I said they hadn't done anything, the woman who owned a dog there angrily told me not to raise my voice to cover up her guilt. I called Electrolux customer service, and thankfully they directed me to the Erenköy branch.
They fixed it and delivered it to me within two days.

I called on Friday and they made me an appointment for Saturday. They said they would call before I came, but they didn't call all day and they never did. When I called at 3:00 PM to ask when they would come, the lady answering the phone said she'll call the team and let me know. They didn't call until 3:45 PM. I called back and said they would come between 4-6 PM. They locked me in the house all day. Then at 6 PM, the same secretary called and said they would come between 6-7:30 PM. They showed me a movie called "How to Get Someone Homebound" on a Saturday. I canceled the appointment. If you're a freeloader and can handle endless waiting, you should only choose this service.
