The refrigerator motor was broken and they said it needed to be replaced. They quoted a service fee of 26,000 TL, then lowered it to 20,000 TL. I said I'd talk to the boss, 20,000 TL was too much at that time. A new refrigerator cost 53,000 TL. I suggested we talk and ask for a discount, and if he agreed, we could have it done. The woman on the phone exploded, saying the boss never speaks to customers. We don't accept credit cards. There was no one to talk to. There's only one service technician and the woman who exploded. They operate on a "scam" basis. In short, their only goal is to rip off the customer. Stay away. Throw it in the trash. Buy a new one and don't even bother dealing with them. So what did I do? I went and picked it up, tried it at home, and NO, THEY HADN'T DONE ANYTHING.
I gave it back, and when I said they hadn't done anything, the woman who owned a dog there angrily told me not to raise my voice to cover up her guilt. I called Electrolux customer service, and thankfully they directed me to the Erenköy branch.
They fixed it and delivered it to me within two days.

She said they would arrive between 4 PM and 6 PM. They kept me stuck at home all day. Then at 6 PM, the same secretary called and said they would arrive between 6 PM and 7:30 PM. They made me watch a movie about how to be stuck at home on a Saturday. I canceled the appointment. You should only choose this service if you're someone who's unemployed and willing to wait endlessly.
They haven't been able to fix a refrigerator problem for 2.5 months. They said the motherboard was faulty, replaced it, and took the money upfront. Nothing has been fixed.
