They lack a quality service approach. You try to call them but can't reach them. They performed maintenance on the ceiling air conditioners, and afterwards they started leaking water; they didn't even come back to check it. I do not recommend this service center in this location.

They are skilled and professional people. I bought an air conditioner from them and I was very satisfied with both the sales and service. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

Their job is to sell the air conditioner and then they have no interest in service or maintenance. I called them many times and they promised maintenance but they never came. My air conditioner broke down in this hot weather.
