Unfortunately, the company requested me to send them the design to be printed, but disappeared after I sent it. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone, they haven't responded. As far as I understand, this company also has a website called Zipbox. While searching for an alternative, I contacted someone named Mine there, but I gave up on working with them because of the extremely indifferent responses. I later realized they were the same company based on the product sample photos they sent. If you're a small business and want to maintain good communication and receive service, stay away. As your business grows, stick with companies you've worked with respectfully since the beginning.

As you can see in the attached WhatsApp conversation, I haven't received a response after I sent my logo. I congratulate you on your social responsibility projects. However, the fact that you subsequently disappeared after promising to do business with them is a clear indication that the problem lies with you, not with me. I'm sorry.
